The
future of the church is in or hands
The Idea behind the Project.
The idea is to have a group of youth from churches
with different cultural backgrounds meet ,create bonds and
learn to respect and understand each others cultural backgrounds.
The Ananias Peer to Peer Mentoring Project is an
initiative of the NJ Area United Methodist Church.
The intention of this project
The intention of this project is to motivate youngsters
from diverse cultural and social backgrounds to come together in
organized cluster groups. The cluster participants will receive several
training sessions, including "Peer Mentoring", "Leadership Building", "Multicultural
Interaction", and many others. They will also share learning experiences
with other cluster groups when they come together for fellowship and celebrations.
This will inevitably form The
Church of the Future that has no cultural
boundaries and will be a place where all can come and feel
at home worshipping the lord.
